Try it with lesser weight and see if you’re still too sore to do it? That’s what I do normally.. Eh my friends told me that Our muscle not gonna tear easily unless one is doing heavy weight. Maybe you can focus on another body part today?
So i didn’t work out for a few months, started going to the gym again yesterday,will go again tomorrow BUT the inside of my thighs is a bit sore so should i skip the machine that made them sore or “train over it”?

I should really go for 2 yoga classes every week instead of 1 and I amazed myself with the amount of gas I have but what surprised me the most is that weird lady squatting beside me thruout my whole train ride… My fart must have smell really nice??
